Customer Notices

We operate a NO DOG policy. You may not bring pets (other than guide dogs) onto the Sports Centre premises at any time.

Please be aware that the single yellow “no parking” line around the inner side of the Oval in Horton Crescent has been reinstated by Warwickshire Highways and we are advised that enforcement of this parking restriction will be starting again with immediate effect.

The single yellow line means you cannot park here between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. You may have been able to park here in the absence of enforcement, however please note parking tickets will now be issued. Rugby School Sports Centre will not be liable for any parking tickets received. Any queries will need to be directed to Rugby Borough Council.

Decorating Works

As part of our ongoing committment to offer you the best facilities, we will be carrying out some re-decoration works here in the centre over the next few weeks.

Whilst we aim to minimise any disruption to your visit sometimes this can be unavoidable.

On Thursday 02 - Sunday 05 June, we will be painting our corridors and communal areas, this means that there will be alternate access to some areas during this time. Please follow any signage and direction from the team during this time.

Access to changing rooms will be possible, however we recommend arriving workout ready during this time for ease.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Squash Courts

Following our latest update we'd like to remind you all that when playing squash, you ensure that you are wearing non-marking shoes.

Your squash racquet isn’t the only key piece of equipment for this game. Correct squash trainers will mean you’ll benefit from;

Ankle stability
Extra traction
Injury prevention
Winning squash

How to identify non marking trainers?
Most non marking trainers will be have a white, gum or light coloured sole.
Drag your foot with the heel across the paper and examine the paper for a marking. If you do not see a mark, you have non-marking soles.

We ask for you cooperation with this, particularly following the Summer investment of replacing the floor. Unfortunately you will not be permitted to play on our courts without non-marking soles.
